Our 30-Day Return Policy

At Budtech Enterprise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Software, digital products, or opened consumables (e.g., ink cartridges) are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Defective products may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@budtechenterprise.co.ke or via our contact page to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Package the product securely and include the original receipt.
  4. Ship the product to our Nairobi store address, which will be provided upon approval of the return.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
